Bellinzoni North America is pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2010, it has joined into a partnership with Bellinzoni, srl, located in Milan, Italy.
Bellinzoni North America will keep its New York Corporate Offices at 1720 Church Street, Holbrook, New York, 11741.
Bellinzoni North America will immediately begin manufacturing several of Bellinzoni's globally known branded products. "It is our longer term goal to expand into a full manufacturing facility within the next two to three years," according to the Owner/CEO of Bellinzoni, srl, Signor Riccardo RocchettiBellinzoni and Mr. Sal Banchitta, the Owner/CEO of Maverick International Import/Export Group. Signor Riccardo Bellinzoni explains, "This partnership brings over 75 years of experience working directly with Italian and European craftsmen to the North American Market. We are excited to be part of Bellinzoni North America's dynamic Sales Team and we are looking forward to a very successful partnership.
Sharron Bauer has been appointed as CEO/Managing Director of Bellinzoni North America. Ms. Bauer has been directing Sales and Marketing for the company for over 10 years and brings a solid understanding of the Stone Industry, both from the sales as well as from the technical side to this partnership. "We intend to deliver quality, Italian products to the North American market by importing them from Milan and by using Bellinzoni's Italian formulations, Italian resins and other European raw materials in our new manufacturing facility. This is an exciting and important move for us as we now have the complete support of Bellinzoni's global resources, including all R & D capabilities. This partnership will provide the North American market with a constant supply of the entire original line of all Bellinzoni Stone Adhesives and Stone Care Products at new competitive prices.
Alessandro Rocchetti-Bellinzoni has been appointed to President of Bellinzoni North America. Dr. Bellinzoni has been directing product development and manufacturing for Bellinzoni srl for over 15 years and has most recently been responsible for taking the company "Green." As President of the new company, Dr. Bellinzoni will actively participate in product development for the North American market, respecting all governmental rules and requirements for environmentally safe products. "We want to be a leader in this respect and not wait until the last minute to cause bad health when we can change our formulations, find safer raw materials and insure good results for the stone worker and the environment."
Bellinzoni North America is also happy to announce that Dr. Roberto Vescovo has been appointed Executive Vice President of Bellinzoni North America; Kevin Theofield has been appointed Executive Vice President responsible for all Operations, including Manufacturing, and Robert Theofield (National Sales Manager) and Danielle Bauer (Senior Sales Representative) have been promoted to Bellinzoni North America's Executive Team.
